Skip the tedious, time-consuming jobs and save the effort you would spend slotting and radiusing a fretboard and routing inlays. These are the same fingerboards we use for our custom and OEM guitar necks and DIY Guitar Neck Kits. Choose from a selection of choices to create your own dream combination.
Choose your preferred wood, inlays, slotting, nut styles, nut widths, and heel types.
Fret slots are cut .025″ wide. If you are buying fret wire fret slot depth is determined by the choice of wire. If you are not buying fret wire, you can choose the depth of the slots.
S-style and T-style heels are made for standard guitar neck dimensions and taper towards a 56mm heel at the 21st fret with a 22nd fret overhanging the end of the neck. 24 fret fingerboards have significant overhang and will not fit the neck pickup spacing on our bodies.
“Square” heels have a taper matching the S-style and T-style designs, but have a squared-off heel end.
Your choice of number of frets. Note that scale length changes available options for some scale lengths:
Our slotted fingerboard blanks are CNC-shaped and have tooling and machine marks that require final sanding and shaping by the end user.
