Ready to take the next step in your electric guitar building journey? Building your own guitar neck is easy with our do-it-yourself guitar neck kits! We provide you with all the parts you need to assemble your own high quality electric guitar neck without the need for expensive tools required to build from scratch. We use the same premium woods that we build our custom guitar necks from. All pieces are cut to specifications and ready to assemble in your home or shop.

Our set-neck joints are made to our specs and may not be compatible with other manufacturers’ parts. The heel is angled, allowing for a flat neck pocket.

  • LP/Single Cut Tenon; joins the body at the 16th Fret
  • Short Tenon Double Cut; joins the body at the 20th Fret
  • Long Tenon Double Cut; joins the body at the 22nd Fret

No scarf joints! These are made with a one-piece neck shaft for added strength and durability.

Our shaped neck blanks are shaped on the CNC and have some tooling and machine marks that require final sanding and shaping by the end user

Your kit includes:

(1) Shaped and routed guitar neck shaft with paddle headstock

(1) Fingerboard that comes pre-radiused, slotted and routed for inlay

(1) Truss-rod

(1) Set of pre-radiused fret wire

(1) Set of pre-cut inlays and rod of side dot material

The neck shaft and fingerboard are notched for easy alignment using pin location, assuring a proper fit.

1-piece African Mahogany (Khaya) neck shaft:

  • 24.75″ scale length
  • Cut from one piece of wood, no scarf joint
  • Routed for headstock access truss rod
  • Alloy set-neck heel (not compatible with other manufacturers’ neck joints)
  • Paddle headstock (requires tuner hole drilling)
  • Includes: two-way truss rod

Rosewood Fingerboard:

  • Pre-slotted for 22 frets
  • 12″ radius
  • Routed for 6mm dot inlay
  • Includes: white plastic dot inlay & side dots and JESCAR 47104 Silver/Nickel fretwire that has been radiused and cut.

These kits are unsanded, they may have light machine marks. They require assembly and final sanding before any finish can be applied.
